OFFER REQUEST FOR THE LEASING OF SECOND HAND COPIER/PRINTER MACHINE FOR POLISH TOURISM ORGANISATION OFFICE IN STOCKHOLM
Polish Tourism Organisation Office in Stockholm is looking for an offer for the lease of second hand copier/printer machine, based on following conditions:
- the lease should cover 3 years, starting with 2018.12.01;
- the lease cost should cover total service including repairs, spare parts, exchange of printer cartridges as well as training and programming the machine before the first use;
- the current machine is Konica Minolta C220;
- the current use is ca. 2.200 copies per month, out of which 1.500 copies are black and white and 700 copies are colour.
The decision will be done based on the best total price offer, including cost of the lease and the cost of the print outs in the given amounts.
Deadline to submit the offer at jk@polen.travel expires on 14 March at 15:00 o’clock.
We also need to mention that this request is not carried out under the Public Procurement Law dd. 29 January 2004 (published in The Law Journal in 2017, position no. 1579 with the changes). The information on the accepted offer is not same with its acceptance. The Ordering party has a right to:
- cancel the procedure, annul it in total or part
- close the procedure without choosing the offer
- change the terms of this request for offer
- request additional information at every level of the procedure.
In case any of above takes place, there is no right of compensation for the procedure participants.
